Join me in the barn kitchen for a hands on class about sourdough bread. Each participant will go home with a loaf of bread to bake, an active starter, an instruction and recipe booklet, a bannaton with a plastic cover and a new found confidence in the sourdough baking process. Limit to 6-7 people per class. 10 - 4 pm. Lunch provided.
