We don't own a bore or sow, but just purchase piglets in the Spring to fatten out through the Summer and Fall. When it's gone, it's gone until next Fall. But be sure to try it. The meat is wonderful. In addition to us providing feed, they are treated to all of our garden waste. They eat well!!!
